01The default
Recurring marketing and commercial tasks ran on manual steps — done a certain way because they always had been.
02The question
Which of these steps actually need judgement, and which are simply habit?
03The alternative
Automate what is repetitive, standardise what is recurring, keep people on decisions. The trade-off: effort up front to redesign the process, instead of absorbing its cost indefinitely.
04What I built
- Identified recurring manual work that did not need human judgement.
- Delivered RPA and process automation within marketing operations.
- Redesigned internal processes in marketing operations around the automated steps.
- Kept launches and marketing materials running through the change.

Automation should remove friction, not judgement.
07How to read this work
Automation starts with a choice
A repeated task is not automatically a good automation candidate. The stability of its steps, information quality and exceptions requiring intervention all matter. This case is about choosing and redesigning the process, not presenting technology as an outcome in itself.
